Please Note: The CCWA Customer Call Center experiences a high call volume. Our Call Center staff handles each call as quickly as possible. However, the high call volume does create a longer wait time. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Check Your Account Balance by Phone
The Water Authority is now offering customers an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The new bi-lingual system provides an automated telephone attendant that allows customers the flexibility of checking their account balance and account detail, listening to frequently asked questions or making a payment through Bill Matrix at their convenience.
Customers will also have the option of speaking to a CCWA Customer Service Representative during the Authority’s normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. To utilize the new IVR System, just call the CCWA at 770.961.2130.
Service Reconnection
If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, you must make your reconnection payment before 3 p.m. for your service to be reconnected on the same day. Payment for reconnection of service must be made in cash, money order, credit card or debit card. Checks will not be accepted. Service will not be reconnected until the next business day if your payment is made after 3 p.m.
